East Suffolk Council’s Senior Management Team have ‘done things differently’ but assembling 90 people (members, officers & managers from within the Council) to brain storm some ideas for a new Development Plan for the Council.

This is a very radical approach (and representatives from the Local Government Association turned up to get involved, with a view to sharing this process with other councils going forward) and resulted in some belting ideas being bought forward.

Mentally draining but so worthwhile!
